  • Unable to cure sprain even when perked into physician if currently treating concussion and both limbs are sprained

    Summary: If player has 1 point into physician, took painkillers for concussion, AND both arm and leg are sprained, they are unable to heal the sprains

    Did you wipe old saves? Wiped 6/12 on A21 b313
    Did you start a new game? Wiped 6/12 on A21 b313
    Did you validate your files? Validated files 6/12 on A21 b313
    Are you using any mods? No
    EAC on or off? On

    Bug Description:


    Detailed steps to reproduce the bug:
    1) Hit F1 and enter DM followed by CM
    2) Hit U and grab some painkillers and plaster cast from creative menu
    3) Give yourself some skillpoints using giveselfxp command

    4) Put 1 point into physician

    5) Hit F1 and enter "buff triggerconcussion" followed by "buff triggersprainedleg" followed by "buff triggersprainedarm"

    NOTE: if the sprained leg/arm gives you a broken leg/arm instead, restart the debuffs by going in and out of godmode and repeat step 5

    6) Use plaster cast


    Actual result: It will not let you use the plaster cast. This ONLY happens if both limbs are sprained and you are treating a concussion. I noticed if I only do 1 sprained limb, it heals correctly

    Confirmed with a slight change

    It is the concussion that appears to be making it so you can not cure the sprains. It doesn't matter if it is treated or not when you have 2 sprains. With just a sprained arm and leg I am able to use a cast or splint to cure them every time. Add the concussion to any sprain and you can't. Not even necessary to have 2 sprains. But if you heal the concussion you can heal 1 sprain. But if you have 2 sprains, then even with the concussion healed you can not heal the sprains.

    Thanks for looking into it! Wanted to add, not being able to cure sprain with an untreated concussion makes sense if you only have 1 point in physician and your int is lv3, as I believe one of the penalties for concussion is it reduces all your stats by 1 (so 3 int becomes 2 and you no longer qualify for physician lv 1)
