Bug Description:
Detailed steps to reproduce the bug:
1) Have an equipment in your inventory (ex: scrap helmet)
2) Drop item on the ground
3) Observe bottom right it says -1 (0) to indicate that you lost 1 item and have a total of 0 of that type of item
4) Pick item back up
5) Scrap the item
Actual result: Indicator does not update to say you no longer have the item. Additionally, if you cancel the scrap, and scrap the item again over and over, the counter will keep saying you gained more of that item (ex: it will display +6 (0) if you tried to scrap and then cancelled scrap 6 times)
