Bug Description:
Detailed steps to reproduce the bug:
1) Max out Demolitions Expert
2) Find a cop car
3) Get the cop car as low hp as possible without setting off alarm (like 30-40hp)
4) Place a timed charge
Actual result: When timed charge goes off, it shows car as jammed and alarm goes off, but has 0 hp

Expected result: Cop car should have HP so I can downgrade it to unlocked variant, OR go straight to unlocked variant if I did too much dmg
