    Bug Description:

Crippled mutated zombies appear to stand up to perform their special attack briefly while cripped. This should either not occur, or the zombie should remain crawling.

    Additional note:

If any QA sees this, I just have a question (Not trying to be rude or anything here); do you guys have a system in place to look at old reports? I see some older reports that don't get commented on, do they get reported to the devs/silently looked at? Thanks for checking these bug reports, hope you have a great day

Detailed steps to reproduce the bug:
    1) Spawn in a radiated mutated zombie
    2) Attempt to cripple one of their legs to the point where they become a crawler. This may take a while to do given their seemingly low cripple chance, it took me several minutes to reproduce

    3) Approach the mutated zombie

    4) Observe the bug once the zombie starts a special attack

Expected Result: Crippled mutated zombies remain cripped, and either can't perform/don't get up for their special attack

Actual Result: Mutated zombies stand up briefly to do this attack despite being a crawler, suprising and confusing players

Unsure if a log file will help in this case, but here's one regardless: https://pastebin.com/ALqNfgt1
