Bug Description:
Detailed steps to reproduce the bug:
1) Go to courthouse_med_01
2) Locate the DMV area
3) Check the area around the table that is directly on the opposite side of the DMV sign, near the rubble
Actual result: There is a strange floating artifact. I can't collapse it or hit it.
