Summary: Can't heal Sprained Arm & Leg when having both effect
I'm japanese. so my game language setteing is japanese, and my english skill is not so good. please tell me if language setteing should be changed or my post is too poor to read .

Bug Description:
Detailed steps to reproduce the bug:
1)Having both Sprained Arm and Sprained Leg effect
2)Having lv.1 Physician perk (which allow us to heal Sprained Arm or Leg instantly by using Splint or Plaster Cast)
3)Try to heal it by Splint or Plaster Cast
Actual result: Can't heal neither Sprained Arm nor Sprained Leg
Expected result: able to heal Sprained Arm or Sprained Leg
