Bug Description: There are two issues with water as it relates to buckets and dumping/moving water. 1. Crafted buckets may or may not even dump once, after which, no amount of clicking anywhere in the game world will dump it. Secondly, when filling an area or container (pool or moat) it gets what seems to be about 1/2m (block) deep and then ceases to gain depth, regardless the number of buckets poured. I would think that the ability to fill an area to the desired depth would be what most would expect.
Detailed steps to reproduce the bug:
1) craft a few buckets
2) Grab water from any body of water
3) Try to dump more than one
4) Use creative to individually take water buckets and then dump many of them in to a ditch/moat/or pool to find fixed depth rather than it filling as expected.
Actual result: Crafted buckets refuse to dump, buckets from creative work but water depth does not conform to surrounding terrain or building depth.
Expected result: I'd expect when I craft a bunch of buckets and fill them with water, that I can dump them where I wish. I also expect that, in the case of filling something like a pool, say 3m/blocks high, that enough buckets poured will fill it. Unfortunately, the nature of this bug is nearly impossible to communicate via a screenshot rather than video as seen here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X9iIOJrip_4
