Bug Description:

Detailed steps to reproduce the bug:

1. Set graphic presets to HIGH (can work with other presets but the measurements may vary)
2. Go to office_06, preferably at night for most noticeable results
3. Make your way to the entrance/front desk
4. Stand behind the counter with your back facing the wall
5. Equip dev instakill gun (for measuring purposes)
6. Crouch and look down as far as you can while holding right click to zoom, try to get cursor as close to the center of where these 4 tiles intersect (doesn't have to be exact, just as close as you can)
   
7. Uncrouch and turn to your left and look towards the potted plant
8. Equip a helmet with helmet light mod and turn it on
9. Equip a baseball bat with burning shaft mod (other weapons with burning shaft will work but measurements may vary)
10. Move your cursor along the top of the cabinets (shown below in red) while keeping an eye on the plant in front of you until you find the "sweet spot"
    

Actual result: Once perfect spot is located, the plant will start flickering
