    Bug Description:

Players,  not just my self but anyone within the area of the building that has been painted are falling through the floor when leaving vehicles,  also the world does not load correctly,  POI's some terrain and trees do not load in at all.

We got everyone to clear all their data,  I remade a new dedicated server  (multple times)  at first we thought it might have been the RWG , then we tried it on 2 pregens and it still happens.

When I go through and remove all the paint with left click, the errors almost all disappear (i assume i have missed a couple of tiles)

The server console when areas are painted , i cant keep up with how fast it cycles the errors below,  but as i remove the paint the errors start to slow down.

In the current iteration of the server , i painted about 100-120 tiles,  put things like workbenches and chem sets down on them   the server started spamming these errors.
I went back and removed all the paint and now when you approach the error rather than it spamming the console, it maybe has 4 or 5 of the same out of bounds errors below.

Detailed steps to reproduce the bug:

    1) Use a paintbrush to paint an area

    2) the same thing happens when using the dev paintbrush

Actual result: (description of what is occurring)

See console screenshot above and description

Expected result: (what you expect to occur)
    Walls paint with no issues.
