Detailed steps to reproduce the bug:
1) Start the Game
2) Head to the Deracinated Domicile Quest Tier 1 Fetch
3) Try to start the quest by clicking the exclamation mark
Actual result: It doesn't start the quest, and opens the F1 code menu, showing an error message in red:
"2023-07-13T09:50:36 59.124 EXC NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object."
Expected result: It is expected to start the quest
