Bug Description: Drone duplicated after placing one down

Detailed steps to reproduce the bug:

1) Play on a multiplayer server make sure to take drone before leaving

2) Join mulitplayer server and place drone down

3) Move around drone sometime duplicates

Actual result: Drone duplicating placing down one from inventory and moving around

Expected result: Drone to not duplicate
