Bug Description:
As the title says, I'm unable to place wood frames (other blocks not tested) on the yellow line marking the middle of the street.
Detailed steps to reproduce the bug:
1) Search a street with yellow lines.
2) Try to place frames upon the yellow lines
3)
Actual result: One can't place blocks there
Expected result: One should be able to place blocks there, see pics
