Summary: Strange behavior at one intersection. Each time I went through the intersection (starting day 2 or 3), a mini horde spawned with one or more feral. Difficulty of spawned enemies increased each visit, culminating in 3 cops and a demolisher on day 9.

Bug Description: Strange behavior at intersection @ 379E by 1451N. Each time I went through the intersection (starting day 2 or 3), a mini horde spawned with an escalating difficulty of enemies. I noticed as I kept passing through there to get to quest locations going to and from the trader. The events happened every time, including multiple times in a game day. At first I thought it was the feral sense being all that was dragging in enemies. I realized, though, that they never seemed to have a pause to respawn and that the difficulty was escalating way beyond the game stage. The final time I played it was afternoon of day 9, game stage after I died was 19 (don't know before) and the mass of zombies included multiple ferals, 3 cops and a demolisher. I got them to explode eventually by kiting until enough damage done, and tried to go back to base only to have another feral appear and another cop, which ended being too much. I made a test version of the same world and went to the same intersection and did not have the same result.
Detailed steps to reproduce the bug:
1) Generate world Yizeta County using settings: UDAFs, 6k, Many, None, None, Default, Default, Few, 6, 3, 0
2) Goto intersection at 379E by 1451N and observe if moving in and out of the area causes a horde like spawn
3) Log Info: https://pastebin.com/r8m51k6W
