Controller shifting left

Try using "default input module" on the game launcher. Right click 7 days, click local files, double click the 7dlauncher exe, check the option:

I did change the settings, I was at that time using a xbox 360 controller, the issue was still the same. I then kept the settings & changed to a Nacon controller, I have not had an issue since. Nearly 3 months without an issue, thank you

Ah yeah sometimes those sticks wear out and the deadzone needs to be adjusted. Usually more of a pain than just getting another controller. Thanks for responding.
