If this is on a random map,  in order for us to try to reproduce the issue,   we will need to know your map information.

There is a map_info xml in your map folder, located at \AppData\Roaming\7DaysToDie\GeneratedWorlds.

Please post the "GameVersion",  the "Generation.Seed", the "HeightMapSize",  and the name of the map you are using.

In order to attempt a reproduction of the issue,  we will also need the coordinate and name of the poi that you reset for your quest,  and the coordinate and a screenshot of where you had your base at.

Please also post an output log from when you had the issue.

There are instructions on how to find out poi names,  and how to find your output log in the pinned post.
