LCB Bug (?), Clear Zombie Quest bug

I noticed two things within the same POI, and this POI is the "The Dead Rooster".

Firstly, I had a quest in there to clear the zombies. Killed everything, including all the chickens and in the basement was a floating yellow orb indicating the last thing. Nothing there. Even with DM mode enabled to see enemy stats, there was nothing there. So I couldn't complete it.

And did something change with the Land Claim Block. I put it down in my base, went on a quest, came back and a zombie had spawn inside the base, well within the borders of the LCB protection. Same POI as above.
