    Game mode: Pregen 6K (Any map)


    Did you wipe old saves? Yes

    Did you start a new game? Yes

    Did you validate your files? Yes

    Are you using any mods? Yes

    EAC on or off? On


    Status: NEW


    Bug Description: FPS drop after half hour or more in game. Can maintain 50 - 60 FPS then drops to a steady 11 FPS (In city or outside, during active quests or no quests and during crafting at forge/cement mixer or no). Biome impacts are same both desert and forest biome. On motorcycle and off during walking and with or without zombies nearby. 


    Detailed steps to reproduce the bug:


    1) Continue playing game and monitor FPS count




    Actual result: Significant FPS drop with no recovery


    Expected result: Consistently maintain 50 - 60 FPS during play.

    Forgot to mention the monitoring of my GPU and CPU with no overclocking or overheating during these significant drops. Cannot find why it drops and wont recover. Mods have no visual impact to game but are below.
