Bug Description:
All clients can see everyone's BlockSleepingBag and Vehicles placing log with coordinates in the console.
The same issue with sleeping bags happened before in A17 and was fixed.
Detailed steps to reproduce the bug:
1) 2 players join the server
2) the first one sets up his sleeping bag or vehicles
3) the second one checks his console and sees the log
Actual result: everyone sees BlockSleepingBag and Vehicles placing data including coordinates.
Expected result: no one should see BlockSleepingBag and Vehicles logs except the owner himself.
