Bug Description: gas pumps can be repaired with wood allowing converting it into mechanical and electric parts. Obviously just an overlook in the blocks.xml config file.
Detailed steps to reproduce the bug:
1) partially disassemble any cntGasPumpEmpty or cntGasPumpFull with a tool
2) repair it with wood
Actual result: get about 1200 electric and 600 mechanical parts by spending 1000 wood on repairs in 10 minutes of doing these steps.
