Summary: False panels on walls have poor shadow interaction

Bug Description: When I was going through a house yesterday I did it at night and I thought these spots were moonlight coming through a window, but then I realized it was a failure to receive shadows on some false wall panels
Detailed steps to reproduce the bug:
1) Set time of day to midnight or before morning
2) I used the Huenink Residence which is north of Carl's Corn and Trader Rekt, in a subdivision
3) Wall panels in the living room will show up without any shadow influence
Actual result: False panels I found in the Huenink Residence North of Rekt Feeds and Carl's Corn are not receiving shadows in dark lighting conditions. Here is an Imgur link showing it https://imgur.com/a/false-panels-have-poor-shadow-interaction-RtsYLzG
Expected result: I don't recall this occurring in other builds, but also I don't know of many POIs with wall panels instead of fake cabinets. This doesn't happen to fake cabinets definitely.
