Bug Description:

The player character's hands and equipped weapon are invisible when Night Vision is enabled, from having a Night Vision Mod installed in the helmet.

Detailed steps to reproduce the bug:

1) Install night vision mod in helmet

2) Enable night vision

3) Equip weapon, tool item, or even your bare hands, and see that they are invisible.

Actual result: The hands and weapon are invisible

Expected result: The hands and weapon should be visible
