Unable to place drones anymore

Bug Description: Can no longer place drones and have a message that says "max deployed drones reached" even though I have zero placed. Haven't been able to fix the issue at all, still broke after extensive attempts at fixing.

Detailed steps to reproduce the bug:

1)unequiping drone

2)restart world

3)try to place down drone after restart

Note: It doesn't just happend every time you pick it up and leave/the sessions restarts.

Actual result: Being unable to place the drone down and getting a message saying drones maxed out.

Expected result: place down a drone as normal
