Land Claim Icon Visible to Enemy Players on Multiplayer server

Summary: Land claim blocks placed show the icon on compass and map for all players, including enemy players.

Map: Random World Generation (detgh5444)

Bug Description: When placing a land claim block on my multiplayer server, the icon for that block becomes visible on the compass and map for all players on the map, even enemy players. This has happened so far on 2/2 random gen maps tried so far. On the first, I set via the server settings for 0 allowed landclaim blocks per player. When we saw this happen, we started a new map and i set the land claim block allowance to 1. So i don't know if that setting has something to do with it or not.
