I fall threw the map

Bug Description: 

Every time I play, I start falling through the map. It happens after I move a bit away from my spawn point. When this starts, the sound cuts out and the map textures stop loading.

What’s strange is that I played the game at a friend’s house on the same PC, and it worked perfectly there. But when I’m back home, the problem shows up again. I’ve already tried formatting my PC and reinstalling the game, but the issue is still there.
