Barrel Extender Mod does not increase damage despite the description saying so

To the wonderful Jugginator (or alternatively anyone else reading this):

Dear, darling Jugginator, I once again have the sad duty to inform you of a new bug. Nothing big this time, I promise. The Barrel Extender Mod mentions in it's description that it increases the gun's damage but it doesn't. Most likely the text was forgotten to be updated after the damage was removed.

Bug Description:

The description of the Barrel Extender mod says "Increases damage, -.", but it doesn't. This is most likely a remnant of the good old times when it still did increase damage. Fairly simple thing, not much else to add. Here's a log that shows loot bags spawning a few dozen kilometers underground. Detailed steps to reproduce the bug:
1) Read the Barrel Extender mod description

Actual result: It says "Increases damage".

Expected result: It does not say "Increases damage".
