Would be good to have a reason to get rid of generic zombies going underwater. You'd need it to have some obvious visual or sound clue though. Maybe irregular water patterns or bubbles. Seems like they'd be an even bigger threat than a zombie one - faster, smarter, etc. I'm generally not a huge fan of zombie animals, because the main point of a zombie is to turn a usually friendly or neutral creature - like your neighbor - into a bloodthirsty beast. Predatory animals are already hostile, so them becoming a zombie is just a downgrade. It also can degenerate into ridiculous pretty quickly once you start introducing zombie animals.
