Any way to contribute to the Spanish translation?

Good afternoon,

 

Last time I checked, the Spanish translation was a disaster, I don't know if it's because it was translated by people that are not in my country, making it a Latin American spanish translation, but as a spanish from Spain, the translation is inconsistent for me.

 

I'd like to contribute to the translation of the game, I can work for free for it, since me and my friends will be enjoying it once it's corrected and nicely done, I rented a server for some friends and me and I end up playing the game in English since I can't stand an incomplete translation.

 

So, what steps should I make to start contributing? This could be long-term since the game's always on development, I always wanted some more tasks that can be done at home since I've got free time lately, even being a father of a four-year-old daughter, I still have free time.
