Instead of increasing block damage when upgrading a tool to gold, diamond, titanium, obsidian, elite obsidian, do a increase of attack speed so we actually get more per car or object to salvage. I get more salvage with a basic tool, with one Mod on it then I would with a upgraded honestly useless upgraded tool. Maybe also make a Mod that increases attack speed and decreases block damage.
