Increase Ragdoll Force

tl;dr - How do I increase the force at which ragdolls get knocked around?

 

I'm planning on making a 7 Days video, and I wanted to include a segment where I get drunk and beat the horde to death with my fists. I have a good idea laid out, but I wanted to add more stupidity by making the ragdolls a little goofier. Would it be possible to increase how hard dead zombies get knocked back by editing the Config files? If possible, could I add that effect purely to a single weapon, say the Steel Knuckles?
