Starvation / Dehydratation damage visual

Hello.

 

My suggestion / question is simple. Would it be possible to add some screen effect / visual to character taking damage from starvation / dehydratation?  I cant count how many times i died to that because i didnt notice im taking damage. I know its my problem and should just get good or whatever but its not like dying from something like that IRL would be painless / not noticable. 

 

And no stomach growling sounds are not enough

 

I did try to search forum for similar sugestion frist so if i missed it or it was already answered im sorry, but thanks for reading it anyway.
