[New drone mod?]

Hey guys, I have wanted to ask if someone could make or tell me where to find it, Id like a mod for drones, that allows it to attack with me, so if anyone could make or tell me where to find the mod, id really appreciate it, thank you and have wonderful rest of the day my fellows

could someone explain what does that "cannot be server only", i play with 3 of my other friends and i want to install these mods, does this mean that they have to have it downloaded for it to work?
