[Zombies spinning forward more often?]

As per title. Not sure if it's just lack of luck or what, but the pirouettes zombies do after you strike them have been a lot more prevalent it seems. Even whilst shooting with ranged attacks, the zombies have been spinning toward me, closing the gap I've used to kite them, at an increased rate. Has anyone else experienced this? Is this now by design, or is it because I'm playing on a slightly increased game difficulty?

[Quest Tier Reset]

There was no option to change tiers when I was being showed tier 1 when I should have been having tier 4. The tier 2 quests were showing me the option to do previous tier quests to tier 1, though, but not showing advanced tier quests.

My quest tiers have been reset twice now. When it happened at tier 2, I didn't realize it and just did quest after quest being sent to trader after trader before I realized I was doing only tier 2 quests and was never sent out of the snow biome. I had to manually leave the snow biome, find the desert biome and then I would start getting tier 3 quests. I was eventually sent to the burnt forest for tier 4 quests. After a couple of tier 4 quests I was given tier 1 quests instead. Has this happened to anyone else?
