Small update. It's not a random map. It's the "Juvupe Valley" map. Also, I created a test game using the same map (Juvupe Valley) and the land claim block worked fine in there. So this leads me to believe it's my saved game. And I don't think you can fix that. I'm only about 45 minutes into it. I'll just start it over unless you can figure out a way to fix my current game.
