Found a tier 5 rally point that disappears when you get close to it. xcostum_3_Block_Stores(by_Leo_Liuos) There's another tier 4 clock tower something or other but don't remember the exact full name. Anyway to fix this or just ignore it and move on?

Having problems completing the survivalist quests. Part 3 to be exact where you have to craft red tea and goldenrod tea. Have no clue where to craft them at? None of the workstations I have can craft them? I have read both of their recipe's as well.
