[stuck on black screen with cursor and game music]

Hello everyone, impossible to launch the game, I launch the game via steam and when the game launches, I get stuck on a black screen with the music of the game and nothing happens.

I reinstalled the game several times, the same for steam and my graphics drivers.
Anti-virus On/off
Nothing solves the problem
