[District Zero]

Having a hard time locating cobalt. Haven't seen a single node above ground and mined out about 2 million units of stone, lead, and potassium nitrate, and still not a flake of cobalt.

Is there a specific depth? more common in certain places?

I added most of the mods in the collection and the hydroponic workbench and other hydroponic related things didn't unlock with the living off the land perk additions.
