[More robotic drones active]

I've been going through xml files in the game trying to find out which line rules that only 1 drone can be active at any given time, (robotic drone, not guns or turrets or whatever) but I can't seem to find what governs that rule. Anyone ever find out about it?

I'm not sure what's happening here, I just extracted the wasteland mod folder and all the mods listed as dependencies in the "Mods" folder.
