Bug Description:
Detailed steps to reproduce the bug:
1) Navigate to DOCK_01 for the clear zombie quest
2) Start the quest and landscape disappears
3)
Actual result: When starting the clear zombies quest the landscape disappears.
Expected result: For the landscape to generate... it was there before the quest starts and just vanishes.
