  • POIs including Traders not loading

    CPU Model: 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-11800H

    System Memory: (16 GB )

    GPU Model and VRAM: (nVidia GTX 1060 4 GB )

    Screen Resolution: (Width and Height such as 1920x1080)

    Video Settings: (High / Ultra ))

    Game mode: (MP host / MP client / SP / Client on Dedi, RWG or NAV)

     

    Did you wipe old saves? (No)

     

    Did you start a new game? (Yes)

     

    Did you validate your files? (No)

     

    Are you using any mods? (No)

     

    EAC on or off? Tried both ways

     

    Status: NEW

     

    Bug Description:

     

    Detailed steps to reproduce the bug:

    1) Updated game from Steam

    2) Started new game in Navezgane 

    3) Very few poi's created. 

     

    Actual result: Missing pois

     

    Expected result: All POIs including traders to be spawned

    We will need a log file to be able to begin troubleshooting this for you. The Original Posters log shows he is missing files and he stated he had not verified files. With out a log I can only suggest validating your files two times in a row. Because sometimes steam doesn't catch everything the first time. If this does not correct your problem, please let us know, and supply a log file.

    I wiped my saves and verified the files. It still had the same issue. I then removed the new save, uninstalled the game, re-installed, verified and then finally, it worked. Everything loaded with no errors. I was even able to pull my profile back over and it looks good now. Thank you.
