    1. Bug Description:

A lot of newly added texture objects as traffic lights, indoor lights, hydrants, trash bins, windows, fences, glass entrances, lootable rubbish etc..  are disappearing at very short distances or they will update their level of detail at even shorter distance, some within maybe 5 - 10 blocks away, with Object Quality setting set to "medium". Medium is high enough to render trees very far away but very low for mentioned stuff. Lowering Object quality setting to "Low, Lowest" just make objects in city disappear in front player noses. Setting Object Quality to "High, Ultra" will increase render distance of those objects only a little bit, while unwanted decreasing performance because of other stuff rendering at better quality far away like trees are rendered hundreds blocks away..

Big visual difference in this image:  https://imgsli.com/ODU2NjE

Other example contain 3 images with many objects missing at highlighted areas: 1. http://prntscr.com/22n6kbh 2. http://prntscr.com/22n6qb0 3. http://prntscr.com/22n6se8

I am not sure if this behavior is intended. There is just always something popping up in front of me while walking around city. I would rather have objects appear at longer distances with less detail, or somehow more balanced setting.

The culling of objects was done for a significant improvement in game performance. Reworking the LOD's is a Work In Progress to balance the best performance across hardware against the desired visuals. I would suggest setting the quality setting to the highest you can with out suffering excessive degradation of performance. Rest assured we will continue to strive to improve upon this with our programmers and level designers all working to give you the best gaming experience with the best performance we can.
