Bug Description: Got steel armor, lv 6 pipe guns after i finish the trader quest and gone looting

Actual result: (description of what is occurring) Got lv 6 pipe guns, a ton of ammo, steel armor 

Expected result: (what you expect to occur) I shouldn't be able to get those day 1..
