Bugged Trader Spawns

I loaded a new world using the VSmall Darkness Falls map option and my doctor and trader both spawned in the basement of a house that was completely covered by rocks and dirt. Obviously, I had to console the debug menu so I can fly in and out to speak to them. On top of this, the white river scout did not spawn for me. I assume they fell out of the world or something.
