If two players both press the button to open a door, it will briefly open, then close and be locked in the close position and the button no longer works.
This is especially bad in the new tier 3 church POI as with 3 people you can lock people in the underground pulpit as the door to enter and exit are both button operated steel doors leaving a player stranded.
