    Bug Description:

After updating to V1 the game randomly crashes and locks up/lags every minute or so.   I've been able to play through the lock ups but when it crashes sometimes during these lockups, and I'm riding a bicycle/mini bike, they're gone when I log back in.

Detailed steps to reproduce the bug:

    1) Play the game normally and ride a vehicle until the game crashes, no specific area or road does it need to be on for it to happen.

    2) If it crashes and I have the vehicle (bicycle/minibike) in my inventory, it's still there when I log back in, but not if I'm actively riding it during the crash.

    3) Previous build played perfectly, no issues or crashes at all.

Actual result: Losing time/resources rebuilding/crafting vehicles after crashing.

Expected result: Normal playing experience, even if it crashes, I'd like to have my bike, vehicle, etc. there when I log back in.

The vehicle issue is known. You should be able to back track your path prior to the crash and find the vehicle. It can take up to 600m for it to pop the icon on the screen or compass.

As far as the crash is concerned, this MIGHT be a symptom of the Intel 13th/14th Gen CPU issues currently being observed.

Please check with your motherboard manufacturer to see if there are any BIOS updates related to the Intel microcode issue. Follow all instructions and/or recommendations of the motherboard manufacturer.

The Fun Pimps cannot help you with any issues related to this potential hardware issue. Update at your own risk.

Please let us know if any updates resolve the crashing issues.

    Best of luck!

This is happening on Xbox Series X as well. Which is what used to happen on the original console version as well. The motorcycles are completely gone as it seems they have fallen through the map.

I’m also having this same problem, I keep losing my vehicles. It's pretty much every time I Crash.

I tried retracing my steps, but when you’re not really paying attention you lose track of where the vehicle is.

This happened to me, (on Xbox series x) I was driving back to my base on my mini bike, and the game crashed. My bike disappeared, with a stack of repair kits and all my gas in it (I was going back to build the motorcycle, which is why I cared about gas). Thankfully I found this and was able to back track to find it. The potentially disappointing thing about this is right as I loaded into my world and started going back, a dog horde ran past. The old version had issues with this too (crashing when spawning enemies). I honestly was really hoping I wouldn't have issues with crashes in the new version, but this was the first one in almost 30hrs of play time, so doing better than the old version.
