SenpaiThatIngnoresYou
Currently, hunger is lost at a ridiculous rate. This makes farming essential from day 1. As it stands, once you plant a seed it is good until someone harvests it. There is no need to wall off your farm, no need to keep it safe. I propose that boars and rabbits should be attracted to crops, and should eat crops. Not only will the plant be harvested but no seedling will be left, just like real life. Zombies should trample crops, and vultures should also attack crops as well.

Tenko
I'd like that since we'd actually have to invest a bit of wood or plan a little better to protect our crops. Though I imagine a bunch of other survivalists would much rather be trying to bait animals with crops instead.

Brykx
Hmm that would be nice... 1. Set up a farm to attract rabbits. 2. Catch rabbits 3. Breed rabbits to attract wolfes 4. Catch and tame a wolf

Me: Yum all these crops are sure nice! 7dtd: This is too easy. I will now summon boars & rabbits to eat your crops! Me: Well crap. Ok I guess I better build a fence to keep them varmints out. 7dtd: Well.. ok. Now I will summon vultures to fly in and eat your crops. Suck it. Me: I suppose roof full made of bars would surely keep the vultures away. 7dtd: Mot!@#$ker! Ok now I'm sending some weevils your way. Stop them if you can! Eventually this will keep going until you need pesticide, fertilizer and need a friend to log on and water your crops for you. Not really in the scope of this game I think. Anyways not a game I'd wanna play. I'm all for more things and I like where you are going but not sure I wanna go through the experimentation phase of zombieville. gcomerfo
In one of the older versions I remember Deer used to come to crops and prance and trample all over them and ruin then. That was fine, because you had to build a fence, or walls around your garden.... But, as usual, the mechanic was broken, and the deer were actually spawning inside our walled garden area and still trampling. TFPs never fixed it, but just turned off the feature. I would like to see it back in, but fixed.
