New kind of Sleeper Zombies

I was thinking, why not adding a new "eater-sleeper zombie" with an animation of him while devouring a carcass/gore?

Maybe using animations from character dying eated by zombies.

 

You could find them on open areas or inside POIs.

 

I think it would be pretty cool
