Spread mechanic down Iron sights

Let me preface this by saying that I play PvP exclusively, but I absolutely loathe the gun mechanics while aiming iron sights. I don't believe this is the right way to do gun play. Why do weapons have spread when aiming down iron sights!?!? Hip fire? Hell yea, no better system! But when you shoot down the iron sights it should absolutely go where the sight is (with some variance for the weapons ACCURACY) and the recoil should be the mechanic that effects successive shots, not a random 25ft, shot gun ,AOE, full screen ,hand full of bullets throw them at a wall, star wars clone blaster, lottery ass, spray paint, crap shoot that we have now. Its mind boggling to me that this was even considered let alone released. Please help me reach the devs with this post, whether u agree or disagree please voice your opinion.

Not even a little. Think about a spray bottle. One setting shoots a stream (accuracy) and the other sprays a mist that goes every where ( spread). Or think of a shotgun vs a rifle. Or think about actually sighting a rifle for a scope. You can buy a laser that goes in the barrel and you set your crosshairs to it. So if I fire the bullet it will hit pretty dam close to where it's supposed to, it does not however hit my neighbors house 45degrees away from the point where I was aiming at. But it could with the system this game has.

Alright, let's try this.

This is at lvl 1 without any perks or weapon mods.

The aim becomes considerably more accurate with perks and mods.

I'm pretty sure we have a vastly different definition of 45°.
