Zourin Posted December 5, 2018 Share Posted December 5, 2018 Early on, you need a regular diet of Bandages, First Aid Bandages, and First Aid Kits to restore max health. I've complained that quality food should help restore max health, not current health, but nobody's really listening. After that, Healing Factor lvl 3 will automatically restore max health over time.
