Kane Hart 0
I have to thank you for your addons and quite enjoy them. I was a bit sad about your bag addon though. I was looking forward to it being more locked progression wise. As you start with the same amount of slots as before but unlock chunks at a time maybe instead of to 5 it goes to 10 just offering you that longer rewarding play from it. Not sure if this is something you might take as a request down the road. Someone else did it themselves but their icons seem to be the same size offering a really annoying interface. AzTech2064 0
S420_SimpleUI-PlayerBuiltStorage S420_SimpleUI-LeftHUD-BuffTimers S420_SimpleUI-Compass S420_SimpleUI-Toolbelt working perfectly fine, with either single player and dedicated server, big thumps up for your work man! exspecially the variations of your ui mod are perfect, everyone can get exactly what they want well, at least if you dont forget to install the toolbelt mod and not dl the wrong left hud mod (like i did XD)

Two Penguins 0
I may have missed it and sorry for such noob question, but where the heck do i put a modlet?
YseGuy 0
#205 Modlets go into the 'Mods' subdirectory which is located in the 7DTD installation directory, eg ...\Steam\steamapps\common\7 Days To Die\Mods That subdirectory has to be created manually when you install a modlet for the first time, unless the directory structure in the modlet archive already contains it. legendfire77 0
Hello, how could I increase the backpack in the new version of Ravenhearst Mod, I keep everything I find and I am not able to make it work. Thank you
stedman420 13
Sorry but that would be a better question for the developer of Ravenhearst. I do not currently have any plans for making any special versions of these modlets for any overhauls mainly due to there just being to many to keep up with. However anyone is welcome to make a patch if they like. (giving credit where credit is due of course)
interalex 0
Don't work with last version i'm blocked at loading UI
stedman420 13
All is still working fine here on 17.4 you may want to recheck your install and/or verify integrity of your game files.
Zyamaia 7
Hmmm...I tried the 120 slot backpack + bigger storage and the increased vehicle storage with Ravenhearst the storage and vehicle storage have increased but the backpack has not. Not sure why it only partially worked. Edit: I think I know why because the mod creators for RH changed the way their encumbrance system works not sure if there's a work around or not, but lol at least I have bigger storage and bigger vehicle storage. Peter the Grate 0
Nice work, thank you. How hard would it be to show your current map location co-ordinates e.g. 150N, 100E

These modlets are not compatible with Ravenhearst mod or pretty much any other major overhaul mod as they tend to change some of the same files these modlets do. The Ravenhearst post even states right at the top in bold that most all modlets will not work with it. Nice work, thank you. How hard would it be to show your current map location co-ordinates e.g. 150N, 100E I'd say it's definitely not easy If I remember right last time I tried this it did not go well Lol

layarion 1
I'm using "Simple UI Compass" and I edited it to display only 1 compass indicator, but I'm not sure if this is my editing or something wrong with the modlet but the day7 horde doesn't show up red.

stedman420 13
Could you look at this discord chat and do this? Sorry but I personally really don't like the smaller boxes at all so won't be adding it to these modlets myself. I'm just really not a fan of how they look that's one of the reasons I've avoided it.

M4ALEX 0
for some reason if you extract to desktop then drag and drop. windows puts the mod folder, in a folder, and it obviously wont work. extracting directly to 7 days to die directory like you suggested worked. (for anyone else having issues) Thanks for great UI mods Stedman Edited September 8, 2019 by M4ALEX issue resolved (see edit history)
layarion 1
"Simple UI Player Built Storage" seems to indirectly modify vanilla stuff in the windows.xml, if i'm not mistaken there is a way to keep this mod from touching vanilla chest. edit: meh maybe it doesn't, is it possible to have the food/water display only the current value instead of both current/max? rev678 18
"Simple UI Player Built Storage" seems to indirectly modify vanilla stuff in the windows.xml, if i'm not mistaken there is a way to keep this mod from touching vanilla chest. 1. Make sure you have a REAL text editor, as opposed to merely a word processor. You want something that knows the differences between a CR (Carriage Return) and a LF (Line Feed). I use TextWrangler on my Macs, and Notepad++ on my PC's. 2. Using the text editor, find the block of code in the MODLET's windows.xml file that has the changes you DON'T want made to the VANILLA windows.xml file. Original "sample code" snippet... <this line does something you don't want> <as does this line> <and this line too> 3. Add comment section start and end tags, like this... <!-- <this line does something you don't want> <as does this line> <and this line too> --> 4. That section of code no longer runs. Problem solved! Cheers, REV6:7-8 Edited September 11, 2019 by rev678 Changed markers to tags (see edit history)
rev678 18
4. That section of code no longer runs. Problem solved! PS - Using comment tags instead of simply removing "offending" lines or blocks of lines allows you to more easily undo your changes, should you make an "oops."
