I have read through the patch notes and browsed the forum here and on Steam and I am still unclear how you increase the quality level of an item. I know the colors don't matter unless you have a mod, but they do reduce how often you have to repair. Can anyone share how you increase the quality tiers (outside of finding them)? Thanks! First thing I did when I logged in was go through the perks you can unlock, and I somehow STILL missed it. Took me a giant tree with a crappy axe to finally get frustrated enough to find it.
